Artesian mixologist Rajendra “Rush” Limbu has also created the “2-5-0 Red” cocktail priced at HK$138 that includes gin, Chinese liqueur Kuei Hua Chen Chew, Contratto bitter, cranberry juice, lemon juice and mint.

The Langham will also host the Aids Concern 25th anniversary gala dinner and raffle on 13 November with tickets priced at $HK2,500 each.

Ten per cent of all proceeds from the cocktail, lunch and dinner will go to towards the charity.Aids Concern’s director of corporate partnerships and events, Daisy Wong said: “There are currently two new HIV infections per day in Hong Kong, which warrants immediate intensified HIV/AIDS prevention and education efforts.

“Red is the official colour of Aids awareness, and Triple Zero refers to Aids Concern’s mission to achieve zero new HIV infections, zero stigma for people living with HIV and zero Aids deaths.”
