Hong Kong Very Own Plane Set For Maiden Flight

NewsStandOnline.Net (28-July-2016): Hong Kong’s first homegrown airplane is being prepared to set off on a ’round-the-world journey late next month.

The one-seater plane, called Inspiration, was designed and built in Hong Kong by local pilots, engineers and students. It has just returned from 40 hours of test flights in Australia.

The plan is to stop at 50 airports in 25 countries during a three-month adventure.

The pilot leading the project, Hank Cheng told local media that they plan to use the plane to provide local children the thrill of flying
